The B 3 grade of alloy used to manufacture the the pipes and tubes is rich in all constituent properties that contribute to a better product and do not degrade after a rigorous use. Addition of metals such as nickel and molybdenum add to the resistant qualities of the pipes and tubes resulting in a component that can be affixed to any part of an assembly. The nickel content enhances the durable and malleability of the hastelloy and age hardening it after welding it in place. Addition of molybdenum in the hastelloy prevents the carburization of the hastelloy pipes and tubes hence allowing welding and permanent solution. Oxidation layers that forms on top of metal pipes and tubes is not found to be formed on hastelloys of grade B 2 due to their anti-oxidative properties.
